#YouthTalkFestiveStreets Competition supported by PrivateFly
2020 has been a year like no other. We have partnered with Sustainable St Albans and need you to help us add some sparkle throughout the town.
Join us and decorate your window to help us raise vital funds in aid of Youth Talk and be in with a chance of winning a prize for the best dressed window display!
You can download the Youth Talk Festive Streets instruction pack from our Festive Fundraiser website. It’s simple just decorate your front facing window, display the special festive Youth Talk logo, take a photo and share it on social media with #YouthTalkFestiveFundraiser or email it to rachel.simkin@youthtalk.org.uk
Local business, PrivateFly have joined in with the festivities and created a brilliant window display for all to see as they pass by their office on Hatfield Road.
Adam Twidell, CEO of PrivateFly said: “PrivateFly offers flights globally, but our roots are firmly grounded here in St Albans. Decorating our window was such a fun way to show our support for Youth Talk. We hope it will bring some festive cheer to those who pass by and raise awareness of their vital service for local young people. We’re also happy to be donating a prize for the winner of the Festive Streets campaign, so get decorating St Albans!”
Youth Talk’s Corporate and Community Fundraiser, Rachel Simkin shares “we were delighted that staff from PrivateFly were keen to join in with the Festive Streets initiative in support of Youth Talk. Their office window is on one of the busiest roads in St Albans and so it’s a great opportunity for people to see their window display and PrivateFly’s support of their local charity. Passers by can also spot the colourful pinata which will be awarded to the winner of our #YouthTalkFestiveStreets competition – don’t forget to use the hashtag and share your window displays on social media”.
